AWMA Fish Exclusion Screens featured in a local New Zealand newspaper last week showcasing the innovative screening solutions designed for a $17.2 million water diversion project.
The Rangitata Diversion Race Management Ltd (RDR) has consent to divert water from the Rangitata River, to be used for irrigation, stock water and hydropower generation. AWMA Water Control Solutions were awarded the design and construct contract for the water control and screening infrastructure.
