Last week AWMA held our end of year party.
During the course of the night, the management team presented some interesting facts and figures including;
* The design team put out approx. 60,000 individual drawings this year
* Amongst our 66 employees 3/4 have been here for longer than 3 years; some up to 20!
* Upon project completion, detailed surveys are conducted as part of our quality management procedures. This year 765 questions were asked with a 94% customer satisfaction rating.
* Our diversified team now includes 10 nationalities!
AWMA places a high importance on acknowledging and rewarding team members. This year, several individuals were honored with awards for living the core AWMA values on a daily basis.
