Coliban Water in Central Victoria has constructed a 46.5km pipeline known as the Goldfields Superpipe – Bendigo Link (Goulburn Campaspe Link Pipeline Project).
This pipeline transfers water from the Waranga Western Channel near Colbinabbin to connect into Coliban Water’s Eppalock to Bendigo pipeline near Lake Eppalock.
An AWMA ULF undershot penstock was required at the Waranga Western Channel end of the pipeline to provide isolation.
Working in conjunction with Haulton Construction Services, AWMA designed, manufactured and installed a 2800mm x 4100mm reinforced undershot gate, complete with a Rotork actuation system.
